Surprise

I've heard stories about the parents that wake their children up at 5am and say, "Get dressed, we're going to Disney World." I always thought that sounded neat. When Derrick had the vision to take our family to Disney and we began planning, he asked, "So, when do we tell the girls?" I longed to surprise them somewhat similarly. At dinner, the night before we left, we dropped the news. It's fun now, three weeks later, to watch their speechless reactions. A treasure I will always carry in my heart.
